Dr. Stephen Kim grew up in South Korea where he completed his undergrad in engineering.
Dr. Kim then moved to the United States in 2001 to attend the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. In 2010, Dr. Kim and his family decided they were ready to trade in the Maryland crab for Texas BBQ, and they moved to Texas! Dr. Kim owned his own practice for several years and then decided to retire. He quickly realized he missed dentistry and seeing patients, so he began practicing again in 2023. Dr. Kim does dental mission trips to Africa 1-2 times a year and is passionate about providing gentle care. Dr. Kim has been happily married for 31 years and has 2 kids. In his free time, he is an avid golfer and biker, so you can find him either on the golf course or on the trails!
