Dr. Forrest is a third-generation dentist and completed his clinical research at the University of Miami on the interdisciplinary management of cancer treatment, irradiation therapy, and implantology.
This earned him the prestigious Straumann ITI Implant Dentistry Scholarship Award. While attending Dental School, Dr. Forrest completed two Periodontics externships at New York University and Harvard University. Dr. Forrest completed his three-year specialty training in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at the University of Florida, Shands Hospital, earning his master’s degree focusing on oral immunology.
Additionally, he is a faculty reviewer for the Periodontics Chapter in the McGraw Hill Clinical Dentistry textbook. He retains a teaching appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at the University of Florida. To date, Dr. Forrest has placed more than 20,000 dental implants while serving as the Clinical Director of Orange Park Dental Partners. Dr. Forrest is also a part of the Clear Choice Dental Implant Team. Since 2016, he has lectured nationwide to practitioners on behalf of Envista, Nobel Biocare, and Implant Direct. He shares his methodology, teaching others how to attain the highest possible results in implant dentistry.
